4HS VSD (Variable Speed Drive) Series

The 4HS series consists of 4″ submersible borehole pumps with stainless-steel multistage hydraulics and a water-cooled permanent-magnet motor with encapsulated resin stator. Controlled by the surface-mounted CM module, these pumps maintain constant pressure demand through variable-speed operation, starting and stopping gently to reduce mechanical stress and energy consumption. The CM also protects the system from dry run, overloads, surges, under/over-voltage delivering a complete, ready-to-install pumping solution certified for potable water use.

4HS‑MP (Multi‑Power AC/DC) Series

The 4HS‑MP variant adds compatibility with AC and DC power sources, including solar panels, wind turbines, batteries, or diesel generators. Its firmware adjusts pump performance to match available power, maximising efficiency in off‑grid or renewable-powered installations. These offers are ideal for remote or autonomous water supply situations.

NERA Solar DC Series

Designed from the ground up for direct photovoltaic power, the NERA series operates on DC voltage (70–190 VDC), utilises the same stainless-steel materials and permanent-magnet technology, and includes onboard inverter functions to optimize hydraulic performance according to power availability. Perfect for solar-powered borehole applications in rural or off-grid settings.

4HS with Full Remote & Connectivity Features

All 4HS and NERA models benefit from Nastec NOW remote management via Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi or GSM connectivity. This allows real-time monitoring, parameter adjustment, alarm notification, data logging, and firmware updates all accessible through a smartphone app or web portal. The built-in connectivity and CM module eliminate the need for surface-mounted control cupboards in many installations.
