K Series – Cast Iron End Suction Centrifugal Pump

The K Series comprises single-stage end suction centrifugal pumps constructed entirely from cast iron, designed for reliable operation in a wide range of clean water applications. Known for their robust build quality, these pumps are widely used in general industry, agriculture, irrigation, and building services, where dependable water transfer and circulation are essential. Offering flow rates up to 96 m³/h and heads up to 62 metres, the K Series accommodates a variety of system demands, with models available in both single and three-phase configurations. Suitable for handling liquids at temperatures up to 110 °C and pressures up to 10 bar, they provide a dependable solution for systems requiring consistent performance, long service life, and straightforward installation.

Technical Features:

Construction: Cast‑iron body and motor support; stainless‑steel AISI 304 shaft; impeller material either technopolymer or cast‑iron depending on model. Sealing via carbon/ceramic mechanical seal.

Performance range: Flow rates from ~1.8 m³/h up to ~96 m³/h; heads up to ~62 metres (depending on model). Max pressure up to 10 bar on high‑spec variants.

Operating temperatures: Standard models –10 °C to +50 °C; advanced high‑temperature variants to +110 °C.

Installation: Horizontal or vertical position permitted, provided motor remains above pump.

Motor: Closed, TEFC asynchronous motor cooled by external ventilation; single‑phase units include built‑in thermal overload and capacitor; three‑phase units require external protection. Protection ratings: IP44 (motor), IP55 (terminal board); insulation class F.

K 20/41 M: ~1.8 m³/h flow, head ~23 m, 0.37 kW single‑phase, technopolymer impeller
K 30/70 M: 0.75 kW, flow ~30 m³/h, head ~33 m
K 36/100 M: 1.85 kW, up to ~42 m head, flow ~100 l/min (~6 m³/h)
