KI Series – Stainless Steel End Suction Centrifugal Pump

The KI Series features single-stage end suction centrifugal pumps manufactured with stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. Designed for clean water and mildly aggressive liquids, these pumps are ideal for use in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical applications, water treatment systems, and light industrial environments. With flow rates reaching up to 60 m³/h and heads up to 38 metres, the KI Series offers efficient fluid handling across a wide range of duties. Technical Features:

Construction: Single‑impeller in AISI 304 stainless steel wetted surfaces with a stainless‑steel AISI 303 shaft; motor support and casing components in aluminium. Mechanical seal: carbon/ceramic with NBR elastomer.

Performance: Max flow up to ~11 m³/h, head up to ~40 metres (~4 bar). Max pressure rating 8 bar. Suited to clean, non‑abrasive fluids

Operating range: Liquid temperature –10 °C to +90 °C (some versions up to +120 °C). Ambient up to +40 °C

Installation: Horizontal or vertical mounting permitted, provided that the motor remains above the pump

Motor: Closed external‑ventilated asynchronous motor, oversized ball bearings, IP55 protection, class F insulation, thermal protection on single‑phase units; three‑phase units require remote overload protection

Typical Model Example: KI 30/90 M (0.75 kW) delivers ~8.3 m³/h and ~30 m head; inlet/discharge BSPF: 1¼″/1″

Model Variants

K 20/41 M – Approx. 1.8 m³/h flow, head ~23 m, 0.37 kW single-phase motor, technopolymer impeller.
K 30/70 M – 0.75 kW motor, flow approx. 30 m³/h, head ~33 m.
K 36/100 M – 1.85 kW motor, up to 42 m head, flow approx. 100 l/min (~6 m³/h).
