EZstrip Transfer Pump

Mono groundbreaking Progressive cavity pump is engineered to be quickly and easily disassembled and maintained in-situ in just two and a half minutes. This innovation significantly reduces the maintenance and downtime typically associated with servicing a progressive cavity pump. The EZstrip pumps are suitable for both new installations and retrofitting into existing Mono compact C pump setups.

EZstrip Cake Pump

The EZstrip cake pump allows for complete disassembly/reassembly in just 15 minutes without needing to disconnect and remove pipework. The feed chamber can be accessed by removing a few screw, providing easy entry into the pin joint area. The rotor and stator can be detached from the screw conveyor and removed in just six minutes. The pump also features a large auger inlet and screw conveyor for efficient operation.

EZstrip TR Muncher

The EZstrip muncher is the latest addition to the Ez strip family, offering solutions for solids grinding and sludge conditioning. The Mono Grinders feature a quick release access port, enabling the cutter assembly to be maintained in place without removing the equipment, thus significantly reducing maintenance time.
