EZstrip Pumps
Mono EZstrip is a product line patented and produced by Mono. Introduced in 2009, EZstrip has transformed the maintenance process for progressing cavity (PC) pumps and related products. The standout feature of EZstrip is its ‘maintain in place’ capability, which reduces a maintenance operation that typically takes a full day to just 30 minutes.
Widethroat Pumps
The Mono Widethroat W range is engineered to handle highly viscous materials, including sludge, slurries, thick non-flowing pastes and de-watered sludge cake with viscosity up to 1,000,000 cP. Mono Widethroat pumps features an enlarged rectangular inlet and a screw conveyor to facilitate the movement of the product into the pumping element.
Obsolete Pumps
The obsolete Mono Merlin pump range featured proven design, offering an economical and compact model and the choice of either free-moulded or moulded-to-metal stator. The Mono D,MD, H and MH pumps have been replaced by newer models. While rotating parts remain available, castings and new pumps are no longer available.
Aftermarket Spares
When Considering the purchase of a new pump, Mono recognize that lifetime cost is of paramount importance. The reliability and durability of the pump are driven by the quality and fit of its key components. Mono extensive pump engineering expertise ensure the products deliver optimal effectiveness and a long service life.
